Any buyer of donor of a particular roll cage may stay call and not worry about a proper placement of clamps components. Every single safety cage car is mounted with adequate fixing, and perfect fastening of engine, gearbox; front, rear & lateral control arms; bridge drivers, suspension mounting; gear stick behind the steering column, whichassure a perfect position where they belong.

Components and mechanisms taken from the donor

DO NOT REQUIRE ANY IMPROVMENTS. 

They may be freely and quickly removed and then instaled in a safety cage.

We wondered how to reduce the production cost of a self constructed off road vehicle in order to make it competitive to the typical cars present at the extreme classes currently. We have found that the vast majority of riders/ drivers have a sufficient know-how and technical capacity to make such a car on his/her own. Only a simpe roll cage is required, as it may never be professionaly manufactured by him/her self, then ‘a donor’ who supplies the mechanical parts. As our supplier we have chosen the Nissan Patrol for several reasons: Mainly its good reputation and positive reviews in the off-road world; then reasonable price and wide availability of spare parts. Now we have left only desiging of roll cage which meets all the previous guidelines.

A new model of safety cage car – it is mostly based on the current constriction as we have presereved all the basic guidelines of a self supporting roll cage. First of all, it is reproducible, allowing the manufacture of elements for retrofitting and replacement of damaged fragments. In addition to this is the roll care is the lightest possible within all the safety standards, and the lowest possible without reducing the car ground clearance, which helps the maximum vehicle stability. The essential is that all the mounting of components such as engine, gearbox and suspention is included. In addition to these aspects we have added another assumtion – a ready to use car is supposed to bring you joy! We believe that the fact of being an ultra off road vehicle shall not interfere with a perfect design.
